Tail-Chasing?
Fun Or Fixation?

Why do dogs chase their tails? Well, it’s kind of like when humans check the fridge every 10 minutes hoping new snacks 🍟 appear - it just feels right! 🐾 Some pups do it out of pure excitement, while others are still figuring out that, surprise, the tail is actually attached to them! It’s a built-in toy that’s always there, never gets lost under the couch, and doesn’t need batteries. Plus, the thrill of almost catching it? That’s the doggy version of a high-speed car chase in an action movie! 🎬

But if your pup seems to be in tail-chase overdrive, it could be a little more than just fun and games. Sometimes it’s a sign of a compulsive habit. Dogs might chase their tails when they're feeling anxious or bored, kinda like when humans twirl 🌀 their hair or tap their feet. It’s their way of coping with pent-up energy or stress.

So, if the tail spins 🐶 are nonstop, it might be time for some extra attention or even a check-up! Make sure your pup is getting plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and love. After all, a happy doggo is one that doesn’t have to chase its own tail to have a good time!
