We remember every life lost, every family missing someone they love, and every survivor and responder who still carries the effects of that day. To everyone whose life changed forever on September 11, our hearts are with you.

We will never forget.

Pool Noodle To The Rescue

Tired of fishing your dog's ball 🎾 out from under the couch? Grab a pool noodle. Measure the gap between the floor and the bottom of your sofa, trim the noodle lengthwise to fit snugly, and slide it along the front edge just out of sight. Toys bounce right off instead of rolling into the abyss.

A dollar-store two-pack covers most couches, and the same trick works under beds and dressers. Your dog 🐕 gets uninterrupted playtime, and your knees get a break - everybody wins.

Cool Off With Your Pup

Cool off with your pup at Dog Days of Summer at West Lake Park. This free event gives local dogs a chance to 💦 splash, play, and enjoy some summer fun at the park's splash pad.

⏰ Small dogs take over from 5-6 PM, followed by large dogs from 6-7 PM.

Proof of current vaccinations and preregistration are required for entry.
