Want a fun way to make playtime smarter? Pick one toy, say its name before you toss it, and use the same word every time.

Start with something simple like "ball" or "rope." After a few play sessions, place it next to another toy and ask your dog to find it. Some pups catch on fast, and others just enjoy the extra attention - either way, their brain gets a little 💪 workout.

The Annual Dog Expo in Coconut Creek 🌴 is back for another tail-wagging day of fun. Expect pet vendors, live entertainment, raffles, tasty treats, and more. It's a great chance to mingle with fellow dog lovers and give your pup a fun outing.

Dogs must be leashed, accompanied by their owners, and have current 💉 vaccinations.

​Barkland Dog Park in Parkland will be closed for maintenance on April 30 and is expected to reopen for the Homes Fur Dogs Expo on May 16.

​That means the off-leash zoomies, sniff sessions, and rolling in the grass will be on pause for a couple of weeks - but the pups will be back at it soon.

Both of my dogs have had diarrhea 💩 this week, so it's been one of those fun dog-parent days. I’m not sure if the turkey I cooked bothered their stomachs or what, but either way, we are officially in bland-diet mode over here.

Right now, they’re getting boiled 🐔 chicken, a little white rice, and this Proviable-DC probiotic I ordered to help support their digestion. It’s made for dogs and cats and is supposed to help bring some balance back to their gut.
